Congratulations to our top readers in each class, which are the first members of the Principal’s Reading Club! Students were selected from each class who had the top word count in their class based on the Accelerated Reader program we purchased and integrated this year. What a remarkable accomplishment for each student, and we are so proud of them.
To celebrate their effort and success, each student was rewarded with a $25 gift card to Amazon.com so they can purchase more books 🙂
Million Word Club
This year, we had the pleasure of having 3 students join the Million Word Club (reading at least 1 million words during the year as tracked by Accelerated Reader). What makes this accomplishment even more remarkable is that these students achieved this in just 4 months when we launched Accelerated Reader in February! Congratulations!
